Privacy  Policy

This Privacy Policy stipulates the protocols employed by Coffee (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in the management of personal data. It delineates our methodologies pertaining to the accumulation, utilization, and divulgence of personal information via the Coffee application, its subdomains, and the websites operated under letsgeta.coffee (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Sites”), in addition to the delivery of our services. Your sustained interaction with our Sites constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these conditions.

1. Introduction

Coffee operates as a platform that facilitates the interaction between content creators (“Mentors”) and their adherents (“Mentees”) via live video streaming (“Coffee Live”). The pronouns “you” and “your” are utilized within this Privacy Policy to refer to either a Mentee, Mentor, or Visitor, as the context dictates, with each role delineated as follows:

Mentee: Your purpose is to employ Coffee for posing inquiries to Mentors.

Mentor: Your aim is to engage with Coffee for the purpose of responding to questions posed by Mentees.

Visitor: This encompasses individuals navigating our Sites, utilizing the Coffee application, or those participating in the recruitment process at Coffee.

It is important to recognize that these roles are not exclusive; for example, an individual registered as a Mentor may pose questions to other Mentors, thereby assuming the role of a Mentee in that particular interaction. Furthermore, all individuals categorized as Mentees and Mentors are also considered Visitors, and hence, the provisions applicable to Visitors are equally pertinent to Mentees and Mentors alike.

In the event that a Mentee conveys additional personal information to a Mentor through a Coffee Live, it is pertinent to note that this Privacy Policy is not applicable to any actions taken by the Mentors beyond those explicitly mentioned herein. Mentors are contractually obligated to initiate contact with Mentees solely through Coffee.
